By accessing or making transactions through our website (neuroframe.me), you acknowledge your acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all related documentation (collectively termed the "Agreement"). 1. Modifications to Terms

1.1 We retain the exclusive right to alter any aspect of our Service without advance notice. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms for updates. Continued use following modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date reflects when the latest changes were made. If you disagree with any changes, you must cease using our Service immediately.

2. Service Description

2.1 Upon account termination, all AI-generated content will be permanently deleted without possibility of restoration or financial compensation.

3. User Eligibility

3.1 Users must utilize our AI technologies in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Only individuals aged 18 years or older, or who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction, may use our Service.

3.2 By accessing our Service, you confirm you possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3.3 Our Service is expressly prohibited in the following regions: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Myanmar, Central African Republic, China, DR Congo, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Nicaragua, Somalia, Sudan, Venezuela, Yemen, and Zimbabwe. This list of restricted territories may be updated periodically.

4. Account Administration

4.1 This Agreement becomes effective upon completion of the account registration process, which requires providing personal information that will be stored in our systems.

4.2 We reserve the right to reject account registrations if we suspect violations of our policies, fraudulent activity, inability to verify identity, or attempts to create duplicate accounts.

4.3 Each individual is permitted only one active account. Users with suspended accounts must resolve all outstanding issues before attempting to register new accounts.

4.4 You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately.

4.5 We may temporarily deactivate accounts if we suspect inaccurate information or violations of these Terms.

4.6 We cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4.7 We reserve the right to immediately suspend access if we perceive threats to our Service, infringement of rights, or violation of laws.

4.8 Accounts inactive for 30 consecutive days or more may be permanently closed with all associated data removed.

6. Violation Procedures

• Your complete contact information;
• A statement made in good faith.

6.2 Our response to violations may include warnings, content removal, access restrictions, or account suspensions.

7. Payment Transactions

7.1 All financial transactions are processed in Euros (EUR), with currency conversions calculated at current exchange rates.

7.2 Completing purchases requires providing accurate payment details, including card information and billing addresses.

7.3 All displayed prices are in Euros unless otherwise specified.

7.4 Only approved payment methods may be used. By completing a purchase, you verify the transaction's validity and accuracy.

7.5 We may cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues.

7.6 Order confirmations will be sent to your registered email. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Unfulfillable orders will result in refunds.

8. Account Deposits

8.1 Users may deposit funds into their account balance for future transactions through their dashboard or other approved methods.

8.2 Deposit transactions are processed by third-party payment providers according to their respective terms.

9. Refund Guidelines

9.1 Circumstances eligible for refunds include:

• Persistent technical issues unresolved after 5 business days;
• Unauthorized transactions confirmed by our investigation;
• Genuine billing errors;
• Confirmed fraudulent activities.

9.2 Consumers residing in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland may withdraw from digital content purchases within 14 calendar days.

9.3 This withdrawal right is forfeited if you begin accessing the digital content during the cancellation period.

9.4 Cancellation requests must be submitted to info@neuroframe.me.

9.5 Approved cancellations will receive full refunds within 14 days (potentially extending to 30 days in certain cases). Refunds will be issued using the original payment method without fee deductions.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All platform content (including text, graphics, photographs, software code, etc.) is the exclusive property of Neuroframe or our licensors, protected by intellectual property laws.

10.2 Unauthorized use of trademarks displayed on our platform is strictly prohibited.

11. Indemnification

11.1 You agree to indemnify and hold Neuroframe harmless against all claims arising from: (i) your use of our Service; (ii) breaches of these Terms; (iii) infringement of third-party rights.

12. Service Disclaimer

12.1 Our Service is provided "as is" without warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Liability Limitations

13.1 We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from Service usage.

13.2 Users assume all risks associated with platform usage, including interaction with third-party content.

13.3 Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you during the six-month period preceding any claim.

14. Governing Law

14.1 These Terms are governed by Polish law, with disputes resolved in Polish courts. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights under local laws.

14.2 Users from EEA countries or Switzerland may access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

15. General Terms

15.1 Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of rights. Any waiver must be documented in writing.

15.2 These Terms do not create an employment or partnership relationship between parties.

15.3 This document represents the entire agreement between parties, superseding all prior agreements.

15.4 This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. Termination does not nullify previously established rights. Provisions intended to survive termination will remain in force.
